Confidence that creates change

In your career and beyond!

Career Self-Discovery & Leadership Coaching for changemakers working with their ADHD, not against it.

Goodbye, career identity crisis.
Hello, self-compassion, clarity, & confidence.

Feel energized again

When changemakers with ADHD come to me, they feel stuck in their careers. They aren’t getting the answers they need from ChatGPT. Driven by their values, they’re looking to contribute to something bigger than themselves. They’re motivated by the possibility of positive change—personally and collectively. But the culture and systems we operate in often lead deep feelers to overthink, burn out, and get stuck in patterns of survival and self-sacrifice.

Be on your own side

You’re ready to slow down, reconnect with your power, and rebuild confidence so you can navigate work and life on your own terms. You don’t want to keep shrinking yourself to fit into a box designed for others. You’re ready to find what fits YOU instead. This is deep work, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy. We’ll bring creativity, compassion, and delight to the process.

Care deeply.
Lead confidently.

Gain the tools you need to be a confident changemaker.

My coaching helps you do more than just achieve your career goals. You’ll transform the way you see yourself. The way your inner voice sounds. The way you make decisions. The way you approach life. We are equipping you to handle any challenge, career and beyond.

My coaching framework guides you to:
✺ Excavate the BS standards we’ve been taught.
✺ Invigorate yourself with grounded intention & energizing action.
✺ Advocate for your needs while shifting culture for a better world.

The results:
âž¼ A transformation into the kindest, boldest, badass version of YOU.

I’m Lauren (she/they), and I’m a Career Self-Discovery and Leadership Coach.

I’m using my powers — compassion, creativity, and contagious energy — to help people gain the tools they need to be confident changemakers.

My experience living with disabilities, along with my eclectic social and environmental impact career, have shaped how I see the world and how I approach life, career, and my coaching practice.

Growing up with ADHD, dyslexia, and deafness has taught me how to self-advocate. I envision a world where we can pursue careers while achieving disability justice. I believe there are many different ways for humans to thrive in the world. And we don’t have to figure it all out on our own.

As a coach, I’m like a disco ball. I reflect your light back at you so you can enjoy it and shine it on the world!
