ADHD Service Provider Directory: real humans who get it

What if you could find someone to help you who also has ADHD and just gets it? I’ve curated a directory of some of the most talented, most caring, and neuroaffirming humans in my network who have lived with ADHD (or some neurodivergence that makes ADHD very relatable) and who help others with ADHD.

Why did I put this list together?

  • Because I want humans in need to find humans who want to help.

  • Because working with someone who understands what you go through everyday can adapt their services to accommodate your needs.

  • Because working with someone processes the world uniquely like you can be another level of being seen and understood that other practioners might not be able to provide.

  • Because finding someone to help can be overwhelming, so I wanted to make it easier with referrals all in one accessible place.

How did these service providers get on the list?

I invited each one of them personally because I have trusting professional relationships with them. I have either used their services personally, referred friends to them, or met them networking and could see they align their work and care for others with their values. No pay to play, no algorithm, no SEO - just true human connection, trust, and genuine excitement about what they are putting into the world!

What types of service providers are on the directory?

This resource includes a diverse range of experts, skill sets, and services, most of which are provided remotely. It currently ranges from virtual assistance, website design, bookkeeping, nutrition counseling, coaching, and more! I continue to add different service providers, along the way. My goal is to make the list diverse, without being overwhelming.
